The MAPS PTA (Parents and Teachers Association) was formed in 2016.  It has been an active and positive part of the school community ever since.  

The PTA works alongside the school to organise events and activities to bring the community together and fundraise for resources for the students.  To date, the PTA’s fundraising has contributed towards resources both large and small, ranging from day to day supplies, such as sunscreen and art supplies for each class, to major projects, such as the upgraded playgrounds, bike track, and shade sails.

Notices about PTA meetings and upcoming events are posted in the school newsletter and on the website calendar page.  

This year, PTA events may include:

• Quiz night

• Milk and cookie night - Book Week

• Matariki celebrations

• A student’s art exhibition
